Eligibility for Returns & Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

• Proof of purchase is required

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Discounted or sale items

• Limited-edition collections

• Items purchased during special promotions

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Exchange Policy

We are pleased to offer size or product exchanges, subject to availability.

• Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected

• If the requested item is unavailable, a suitable alternative or store credit may be offered

• Price differences, if any, must be settled prior to dispatch

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Share your order details and reason for return or exchange

3. Our team will guide you through the return instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Eden Style will cover return shipping

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued in the form of store credit

• Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Please note that Eden Style does not offer cash or bank refunds at this time.

Quality Assurance

Each item is thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
